We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we aim to dispatch orders within 5/7 business days. However, please note that during, major holidays and special events the couriers may experience delays.
ALL OUR SHIPMENTS STARTS FROM OUR WAREHOUSES IN CHINA
We ship the goods to most of the countries, including the United Arab Emirates,South Korea,Hong Kong (China),Malaysia,New Zealand,Australia, Ukraine,Austria,Greece,Germany,Italy,Norway,Czech Republic,Moldova,Monaco,Slovakia,Belgium,France,Poland,Ireland,Sweden,Switzerland,Belarus,Finland,The United Kingdom,The Netherlands,Portugal,Spain,Israel,Singapore,Japan
Asia: 10-15 business days
Shipping Times Within the US & Canada: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 9-14 days. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 3 weeks.
UK, Australia & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.
The rest of countries and regions: 10-25 business days
Shipping Cost
- We like to keep things simple: shipping is $5.95 worldwide.
- We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $129+.
Important to Note: • Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
• We offer 'skip the line artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provide a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping Dangerous Goods, incense are shipped in a special line, separate from the incense burners.
PLEASE NOTE: The courier is always responsible for delivering the package. If a package is considered delivered by courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure that the merchandise is delivered correctly.
Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential oils or products contains alcohol such are Aroma Mists or Perfumes). In order to dispatch those items we had to undertake many trainings about packaging and shipping those goods to comply with Government Import & Export Safety regulations. We are happy to announce that we can ship our products to most countries worldwide.
